Griya Idola Hosts Grand Launching of Exclusive Residential Project Griya Idola Residence in Tangerang

Griya Idola Residence, the inaugural residential project by PT Griya Idola—a subsidiary of Barito Pacific Group—has officially opened sales to the public through a Grand Launching event held on Saturday and Sunday, August 31 – September 1, 2024. This launch follows the groundbreaking ceremony that took place nearly a year ago in late September 2023, marking the expansion of Griya Idola's property business, which has so far been focused on industrial properties, office buildings, and hotels. This residential project was developed in response to the growing demand for affordable yet high-quality housing.

The Grand Launching event, held at the Griya Idola Residence show unit, from 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM. It began with the screening of the profile video and a traditional dance performance, followed by a welcome speech from the director of PT Griya Idola. The event also featured a stand-up comedy performance and a promotional talk show about the Grand Launching. It concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the release of balloons into the sky. In addition to the ceremonial launch of the Aspen cluster, the Grand Launching event of Griya Idola Residence was enlivened by food trucks from several well-known culinary brands and children's competitions such as fashion shows, group dance performances, and coloring contests. The event also featured financial seminars, Zumba, and Poundfit sessions, further enhancing the excitement of the Griya Idola Residence Grand Launching.

Griya Idola Residence in Tangerang is being developed on a total land area of 50 hectares. The first cluster to be launched is the Aspen cluster, with prices starting from IDR 870 million. The project offers 3 types of houses, each with varying sizes and luxurious yet functional designs to ensure comfort. All Griya Idola Residence units are three-story homes that accommodate more space, including up to two carports, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms, making them ideal for growing families.
