After various phases of inspection and assessment, Mambruk Hotel & Convention is issued as highly qualified in its preparation, production, and food serving. This international recognition is essential to gain the customer’s trust in the hotel F&B products as they fully comply with the safety and health standard!

Aside from the HACCP certification, another similar credential is achieved by Mambruk Hotel & Convention. It also gets CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environmental sustainability) certification from the same institution. This CHSE credential is previously given by the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy in the last quarter of 2020, to be exact. So this CHSE certification from TUV Nord is a validation of the hotel’s consistency in implementing the high standard of CHSE.

The certification testing phases were started on 9-13 January 2023 by the TUV Nord auditor. TUV Nord is an international organization headquartered in Germany and has a worldwide presence in 70 countries, including Indonesia. This international institution has established trust and accreditation from International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN).
