Last month, Wisma Barito Pacific received another waste management award from The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta (Pemprov DKI) and Environmental Government Officer (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup). The appreciation is given in the form of a Green Certificate and a special placard made of plastic waste, provided by Waste4Change and Gamma Waste. This award is the highest appreciation of Wisma Barito Pacific's compliance with DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation number 102 in the year 2021, which manages Independent Area's Waste Management.

With the "Zero Waste to Landfill" concept, Wisma Barito Pacific is equipped with a special waste-sorting trash bin on each floor as well as the specifically designed Waste House, comprised of a Paper and Plastic House, an Organic House to be recycled as fertilizer, and Other Waste area to be distributed to recycle vendor. Along with regulation and environmental initiatives, Griya Idola wants to emphasize education's importance in forming environmental awareness for a better life.
