Officially achieving the Green Building Gold Certified from Green Building Council Indonesia, one of Griya Idola's projects, Wisma Barito Pacific II, receives yet another similar award. Wisma Barito Pacific II is awarded as an Energy-saving Building at the Subroto Awarding Ceremony of Energy Efficiency (PSBE) 2022 by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). Placing 3rd place in the New Building subcategory, this achievement comes from Griya Idola's consistency in initiating Wisma Barito Pacific II's several energy-saving breakthroughs. The building's floor-to-ceiling glass walls can reduce the heat by up to 25%, decreasing the glasshouse effect of global warming. T5 and LED LPD lighting to save energy up to ±1.9 million kWh/year. In operating the building, Griya Idola management implemented several mechanisms which highly impacted the energy efficiency of Wisma Barito Pacific II, hence the finalist PSBE eligibility and the winner awardee at the end. Griya Idola management is committed to carefully monitoring the building operation to maintain energy efficiency.

ESDM Ministry holds this PSBE Awards 2022 with an extensive assessment phase including proposal, questionnaire, finalist plenum, and the final. The awarding ceremony is held on Wednesday, 5 October 2022, with Griya Idola management as the representative of Wisma Barito Pacific II receives the PSBE trophy from Mr Prahoro Nurtjahyo as Human Capital Head of ESDM Ministry (BPSDM ESDM). During this roughly ± 1-hour event, Mr Rida Mulyana, General Secretary of ESDM Ministry, participated and started the event with a welcoming speech. The PSBE Awards is the highest award of the ESDM Ministry since 2012 for the industrial stakeholder, building management, and government institution with extraordinary achievement in energy conservation. The PSBE award appreciates Griya Idola for always maintaining the record with sustainably implementing green initiative programs.
